Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and undamaged
• Must be in original packaging
• All tags and labels attached

Please Note: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return:

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
In cases of damaged or incorrect items, The Countertop will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it. Otherwise, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the product you'd like.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Rejected Returns:

Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria will not be accepted. In such cases, the item will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

The Countertop is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
